It is an honor to present from the United Kingdom : Jayne Warburton, international model, beauty queen, Classic Regency International 2022, Classic Diamond UK 2021, among many other crowns. Jayne celebrates her 50th birthday as a model and beauty queen in 2023, she started at the age of 3 years old to show her extraordinary beauty and glamour, and it is a privilege that she has granted me an interview.
Welcome Jayne Warburton!!!
1.- Jayne, you were born in UK, What do you like about your hometown in UK?
I live in a small town in the north of England. We have a lot of history here and the people are very friendly and helpful. We have beautiful woodland areas and I love to go walking and hear the birds singing.
2.- What are your hobbies? What makes you laugh a lot or does it give you a lot of joy?
I love to spend quality time with my 4 daughters and my 4 grandchildren, they are my world and we are very close as a family. I also enjoy making stage outfits and looking after my garden. Pageants bring me so much joy and all my girls have also competed in pageants.
3.- Model , Beauty Queen, Classic Regency International 2022, Classic Diamond UK 2021, When do you decide to take your first steps as a model and beauty pageants? What feeling do you have achieving your dreams, your passions and being a recognized influencer woman today?
My Mum entered me in my 1st pageant at the age of 3 and I have taken part eversince. 2023 will be my 50th year in pageants and they have been a big part of my life. I had no teacher growing up to show me how it was done and learned with each pageant to find my own style so to be able to give that knowledge to others is a gift I am blessed to share.
4.- What do you think is the distinctive, unique stamp of Jayne in each activity carried out as a person and model?
I embrace life in everything I do, I do not let anything lead me away from my goals and I am always determined to be the best version of myself.
5.- Whats is the main virtue that any woman must have to be a model?
Compassion, understanding and determination are the things I live by and have guided me on my path.
6.- Are you aware of being an influential woman for thousands of girls who want to be models? How important is it to you to be an idol for many girls and teenagers?
For me its not so important for me to be an idol but more of a teacher to help guide and teach each individual to grow in confidence and show who they are as a person. We are so lucky to have the information and means to research all that knowledge and to be able to ask advice.
7.- What was your feeling the first time you modeled in front of a video camera? What did you feel the first time at a beauty pageant?
I was a young girl and very nervous because it was such a new experience. But they were very kind and patient with me and I soon became at ease.
8.- What do you think about the power of social media today?
Social media is an incredible tool to get important work out to the world. As a pageant queen it is our biggest asset to use to promote the issues we are passionate about and to pass on our knowledge. With just one post we can influence hundreds if not thousands on important issues.
9.- How do you like to interact with your followers on social media? Whats your favorite social media?
I love to connect with people from all over the world and from all different cultures. Traveling with pageants has given me friends from all across the globe and my inbox is always open to talk about anything. I prefer facebook but I also have instagram. I love to see what everyone has been doing and all the positive things they have been involved in.
10.- What would you advise young people who have talent but do not dare to take the next step? What would you advise parents who do not support their children’s talents?
Without taking the next step you will stay in the same place and never reach the top (your true potential) remember my motto ‘there are no losers only learners’ and by taking that step you are moving forward. Support is vital especially from a parent, your child is expressing who they are and you need to support them to grow their full potential. Think back to when you was a child and the dreams you had, how would you have grown with that support?
11.- What important lessons have you learned from the world of fashion and beauty pageants?
It has taught me so many things. It has taught me to face myself and look within to embrace my flaws and celebrate who I am. It has taught me compassion and to see others through kind eyes to help those who are in need and to have the determination to overcome the obstacles in my path.
12.- Jayne, being a model for you has been easy? Were there obstacles? How did you overcome obstacles?
Nothing is ever easy, I have learned that life has many twists and turns. I have faced many obstacles from health to financial but having a loving family around me and good friends helps you to navigate through.
13.- Have you thought about being an actress? Do you like the entertainment industry?
I have been on tv several times and enjoyed it but having my family meant that I couldn’t fully devote my time to that career at the time as my children always were my priority. They are now grown with family of their own so maybe now it is a possibility. Time will tell.
14.- Worldwide, women have acquired a greater role even though there are societies where they are still abused. What is your opinion of the role of women in the future in these societies?
It is disturbing to me to see there is still abuse and discrimination of any kind still going on in todays sociely. Women today should be allowed to have careers and choose their own life path. I understand that some cultures have their own ways but I hope that in the future they will change these ways to allow women the freedom they need to fulfil their lives and to be fully free from their abuse.
15.- Jayne, what is your motivation and what do you feel grateful for every day?
Thats an easy one to answer, my children and grandchildren are my motivation and I feel so grateful each and everyday for that gift. I am motivated to teach them life and all the wonderful things that life has to offer with the right guidence and love
16.- Jayne, Do you like to travel? What countries do you know? What other countries would you like to know and which places do you recommend to visit from UK?
I love to travel and have visited many places. I love to learn about the people, history and customs of each place I visit. I have yet to experience Asia and its many beautiful places but it is on my list to go and see. The UK has many different places to see from big cities like London to its beautiful beaches and green national parks like the Lake district.
