2.- You’vehad an impressive career as an attorney, receiving accolades such as the Women in IP Award and the Top IP Leader Award. How do you manage to balance your professional commitments with your role as a mother and wife?

Balancing my professional commitments as an attorney with my roles as a  mother and wife has been both challenging and rewarding. Effective time  management, clear communication, and a strong support system are crucial  in maintaining this balance. I prioritize tasks and manage my time efficiently, ensuring I fulfill both my professional responsibilities and family obligations. Clear communication with my family and colleagues helps establish realistic  expectations and find solutions that benefit everyone. Additionally, having a  supportive spouse and family who understand the demands of my career is  essential. We work together as a team to meet our family’s needs and thrive  in our respective roles.

Her wisdom, guidance,  and practical assistance enable me to pursue my career aspirations while  prioritizing my family. Her presence reinforces the importance of family  support in achieving goals and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I am  deeply grateful for her love and encouragement, which motivate me to excel  in all aspects of my life.

3.- Whatinspired you to participate in the Haut Monde Mrs India Worldwide pageant, and what message do you hope to convey through your participation?

Participating in the Haut Monde Mrs India Worldwide pageant was inspired by my desire to celebrate the multifaceted nature of womanhood and showcase the strength and grace of married Indian women on a global stage. Through my participation, I hope to convey a message of empowerment, resilience, and inclusivity. I aim to inspire women worldwide to embrace their identities, pursue their dreams with determination, and shatter stereotypes about married women. By advocating for balance, collaboration, and self-empowerment, I aspire to encourage women to break free from societal norms and redefine success on their own terms. My participation is a testament to the power of women supporting women and the limitless potential that lies within each of us.

4.- As a brand ambassador for Warriors with a Purpose, you advocate for cancer awareness and period Can you tell us more about your involvement in these causes and why they are important to you?

My involvement with Warriors with a Purpose as a brand ambassador stems from my deep commitment to raising awareness about two critical issues: cancer and period poverty. These causes are profoundly significant to me because they directly impact the well-being and dignity of individuals within our communities.

Cancer awareness holds personal significance as I’ve witnessed the devastating effects it can have on individuals and families. By advocating for early detection, access to treatment, and ongoing support, I aim to empower individuals affected by cancer and their loved ones. Through education and support initiatives, we strive to reduce the stigma surrounding cancer and  ensure that those battling the disease feel supported and empowered.

Period poverty, on the other hand, is a silent crisis affecting many women  and girls globally. The lack of access to menstrual hygiene products can  hinder education, employment, and overall well-being. As an advocate, I  work to break down the barriers to menstrual health by promoting access to  affordable and sustainable menstrual products, advocating for policy change, and fostering open dialogue to eradicate the stigma associated with  menstruation.

Both cancer awareness and combating period poverty are essential pillars of  my advocacy because they address fundamental issues of health, dignity, and equality. By raising awareness, fostering collaboration, and driving tangible  change, I strive to make a meaningful impact in these critical areas and  contribute to a world where everyone has the opportunity to live healthy,  dignified lives.

5.- Your journey is often described as a beacon of empowerment and  Can you share with us some of the challenges you’ve faced along the way and how you overcame them?

My journey has been marked by numerous challenges that have tested my  resilience and determination. Following the birth of my first child, I faced  life-threatening complications and a severe elbow injury from a serious  accident. These experiences prompted me to reassess my life and career  path.

Despite facing setbacks and having to fight tooth and nail to advance in my career, I remained steadfast in my pursuit of success. I resigned from my corporate job, which led to a year without work due to a restraint of trade obligation. However, I used this time wisely, meticulously planning and preparing for the future.

Armed with my past experiences, I set out to empower women and make a difference in their lives. My perseverance eventually paid off when a client nominated me for the Influential Woman of the Year Award. Inspired by this recognition, I became dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs, mentoring women, and uplifting others through my story.

I firmly believe that women shouldn’t have to compromise their identities or sacrifice motherhood to achieve success. My journey is a testament to the idea that with determination and resilience, one can overcome obstacles and thrive in both personal and professional spheres. I strive to motivate others to embrace their womanhood and pursue their dreams without compromising their true selves.

By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, I hope to contribute to the continued advancement and empowerment of women in trademarks and beyond.

To foster a culture of collaboration over competition among women in their personal and professional endeavors, I believe in the following strategies:

By lifting each other up, we create a supportive and empowering environment where everyone can thrive.
  • Offer Mentorship and Support: Extend a helping hand to other women by offering mentorship, guidance, and support. By paying it forward, we empower the next generation of women leaders and create a cycle of support and empowerment.
  • Advocate for Each Other: Use your voice and influence to advocate for other women in your personal and professional networks. 9.- Your Instagram bio says, “The only person I am in competition with is ” Can you elaborate on what this means to you and how it influences your approach to life?

To me, the statement “The only person I am in competition with is myself”  embodies a mindset of continuous self-improvement and personal growth. It  reflects my belief that the most significant progress we can make in life is by  challenging ourselves to become better versions of who we were yesterday,  rather than comparing ourselves to others.

This mindset influences my approach to life in several ways. Firstly, it  encourages self-reflection and introspection. Instead of focusing on external  benchmarks or the achievements of others, I prioritize evaluating my own  progress and setting personal goals based on my own values and aspirations. Secondly, it fosters a sense of accountability and responsibility for my own  actions and decisions. By recognizing that I am ultimately competing against  my own potential, I am motivated to take ownership of my choices and  actively work towards realizing my ambitions.

Moreover, this mindset promotes resilience and perseverance in the face of  challenges. Rather than being discouraged by setbacks or obstacles, I see  them as opportunities for growth and learning. I embrace challenges as a  chance to push my boundaries and exceed my own expectations.

Overall, adopting a mindset of self-competition empowers me to strive for  excellence in all aspects of my life, while also cultivating gratitude, self- compassion, and a sense of fulfillment along the way. It’s a journey of self- discovery and self-mastery that allows me to continually evolve and thrive as an individual.

I aim to demonstrate that women can be multifaceted individuals, embracing motherhood, marriage, and professional aspirations while pursuing their dreams with determination and grace.
  • Breaking Barriers: As a contestant, I challenge stereotypes about married women and mothers, showing that they can be ambitious, confident, and empowered individuals. By balancing my roles as a wife, mother, and professional, I aim to inspire other women to pursue their passionswithout limitations or societal expectations holding them back.
  • Advocating for Empowerment: Throughout my journey in the beauty pageant, I use my platform to advocate for women’s empowerment, self- confidence, and self-acceptance. I strive to uplift and support other women, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect rather than competition or judgment.

Overall, my participation in the beauty pageant is an extension of my commitment to empowering women and challenging stereotypes. It allows  me to amplify my message of resilience, inclusivity, and self-empowerment  on a global scale, inspiring women worldwide to embrace their unique  identities and pursue their dreams unapologetically.

11.- You’ve mentioned that you wish to be a stellar example for your children and  How do you balance your aspirations with being a role model for your family?

Balancing my aspirations with being a role model for my family involves  prioritizing and integrating my personal and professional goals in a way that  aligns with my values and responsibilities as a mother and wife.

First and foremost, I strive to lead by example, demonstrating the  importance of hard work, perseverance, and integrity in achieving one’s  goals. I involve my children in my journey, sharing with them the joys and  challenges of pursuing my passions while also emphasizing the value of  balancing work and family life.

Communication is key in maintaining this balance. I openly discuss my  aspirations and commitments with my family, ensuring that they feel  supported and included in my endeavors. By setting clear expectations and  boundaries, I create space for both my family and my career to thrive.

Flexibility is also essential. I recognize that there will be times when my  family needs me more, and I adjust my schedule and priorities accordingly.  Likewise, there are times when I need to focus on my professional goals, and  my family understands and supports me in these endeavors.

Ultimately, being a role model for my family means finding harmony between my personal and professional aspirations, while also prioritizing the well-being and happiness of my loved ones. It’s about leading with love, empathy, and resilience, and showing my children that it’s possible to pursue your dreams while remaining grounded in family values and priorities.
