Existen portales web de mucha autoridad e importancia por noticias e informes que son de nuestro interés y se especializan en lo que hacemos y hablamos en nuestros blogs. Dos ejemplos son el diario El Comercio de Perú y El País de España quienes tienen cuentas de Twitter especializadas y no todo en una sola. Ambos diarios por ejemplo separan sus publicaciones de tecnología por separado en @tecnoycienciaEC (El Comercio) y @elpais_tec (El País).
Al ser un área al que nos especializamos no solo vale la pena seguirlos, sino añadir su timeline a nuestro portal como ya lo tenemos (fíjate a tu derecha) y esta tarea que antes resultaba un tanto complicada hoy es muy fácil e incluso editable en tamaño y color gracias a una herramienta : PUBLISH y aunque es muy intuitiva, te enseñamos cómo hacerlo:
PASO 1 .- Ir a Twitter, buscar el perfil de Twitter que deseas embeber y copiar la URL. Para variar usaremos el Twitter del New York Time Video : https://twitter.com/nytvideo , copiamos esa url y nos vamos a Publish.
PASO 2 .- Copiamos la Url y le damos a la flechita , tendremos que elegir entre dos opciones : Embedded Timeline o Twitter Buttons. Nosotros escogemos la primera.
PASO 3.- Ya está listo, pero está un poco grande para nuestro sidebar y no nos gusta el color, asi que le daremos clic donde dice «set customization option»
PASO 4.- Edita el tamaño ,color de fondo y color de los enlaces y le das a update.
PASO 5.- Ahora sí, copias el código, te diriges a tu WordPress – Escritorio – Apariencia – Widgets – Texto y lo pegas. Queda hecho.
Señalamos además que no afecta al SEO ni es penalizable, debido a que no redirige a páginas web sino a una red social de un medio de comunicación. Los timeline escogidos refieren al área a la que nos especializamos y eso sería un plus valioso.
