1.- Noëlle, tell me about your city where you were born and raised, what do you like about your hometown?
I was born and raised in Almelo, a small, charming town in Overijssel. What makes Almelo so special is its cozy, welcoming atmosphere. People know each other, and everyone is friendly and open. It has the charm of a village, but also a rich history and a lively city center with cozy restaurants, cafés, and shops. Everything is within walking distance, and you really feel at home. Almelo is the perfect place for me to live, and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
2.- What are your hobbies? What makes you laugh a lot or gives you joy?
I love spending time with my friends and boyfriend, doing fun things like shopping, going to the movies, or enjoying a drink on a terrace. I also enjoy working on my personal growth and absolutely love being in front of the camera.
3.- International model, Miss Beauty of Overijssel 2025 finalist. When did you decide to take your first steps as a model and beauty pageants? What feeling do you have achieving your dreams, your passions and being a regocnized influencer woman today?
I’ve wanted to participate in this pageant for a long time, but I never had the courage to take the step. I was insecure about my appearance and thought I wouldn’t be good enough. I was completely wrong. A beauty pageant is about so much more than looks. It’s about your presence, your character, and everything that contributes to who you are as a person and how you present yourself. And it’s really something that suits me.
I absolutely love modeling! I haven’t done much of it yet, but I really hope that will change in the future. The feeling I have about this pageant is indescribable. It feels like I’m living my dream, and I still can’t believe I will be standing on the big stage on March 15th. I am so proud of myself for taking on this adventure.
What I also love about this pageant is that it’s not just about beauty, but also about using your platform for a good cause. In my case, I’m supporting Stichting Simavi, and I find this aspect incredibly meaningful.
4.- What do you think is the distinctive, unique stamp of Noëlle in each activity carried out as a beauty queen and model?
I think my distinctive trait is that you can truly read everything from me. The great advantage of this is that you can see that I’m shining and that I’m actually making my dream come true. I always give my best and strive to do everything in the best possible way. I get that sparkle in my eyes.
5.- What is the main virtue that any woman must have to be an international model?
The most important thing is realizing that you are a great role model for others and handling this responsibility seriously. It’s also essential to show that it’s about much more than just the outward appearance and the perfect image. Above all, you must enjoy being in the spotlight and present yourself professionally. What makes an international model truly special is when not only her appearance shines, but her personality does as well.
6.- Are you aware of being an influential woman for thousands of girls who want to be models? How important is it to you to be an idol for many girls and teenagers
I am definitely aware of this and it is an honor to be a rolmodel for girls and teens. Especially because I was once that girl who looked up to these women. I believe it’s very important that everyone is beautiful just as they are. Everyone is special, and everyone can participate. Nobody is perfect, and you don’t have to be! I truly realized this when I took on this amazing adventure, and I hope to be an example for girls who are doubting, so they will take the step and choose themselves. Show yourself and shine, girls!
7.- What was your feeling the first time you modeled in front of a video camera? What did you feel the first time at a beauty pageant?
The first time I stood in front of the camera, I was nervous. I told myself to just do my thing and try different poses, like I had seen in other videos about how to pose for a photoshoot. It felt very natural, and when I was asked after a while if I had modeled before because I seemed so confident and wasn’t shy at all (even though it was my first time), my self-confidence grew even more. This was clearly visible in the photos.
The first feeling I had at the beauty pageant was simply one feeling: WOW. The experience in front of the camera was also very pleasant. You received guidance, but you also had a say in what made you feel the most comfortable. Ofcourse was i nerveus but Miss Beauty of Overijssel has an amazing photographer, Roy Froma, who makes you feel relaxed during a shoot.
8.- What do you think about the power of social media today?
I think the power of social media is positive in many ways! You can show so many beautiful things, and I love that there’s more and more content showing that social media doesn’t always have to be about the perfect image.
Social media is amazing for reaching a large audience, and some people even turn it into an incredible career, something I secretly dream of as well!
9.- How do you like to interact with your followers on social media today?
I’m working on building a beautiful and well curated feed as possible, and I absolutely love being active on my socials. Creating content is something I truly enjoy, and I get so excited when I see positive reactions under my posts. Whenever I’m in a stunning location, I instantly think, “This is perfect for a photo on my socials! I still have so much to learn in this area, but luckily, we recently had a social media workshop with Dominique (Miss Universe Overijssel 2024) and Sybel (Miss Teen of Overijssel 2024), which was incredibly helpful!
10.- What would you advice young people who have talent but do not dare to take the next step? What whould you advise parents who do not support their children’s talents?
Just do it! That’s the best advice I can give. People will always have an opinion, no matter what you do. But if you focus on what you’re good at and let your passion shine through, people can’t help but respect you. Show the world who you are and what your passions are.
To parents, my advice is to always support your children’s dreams. Encourage them to chase their passions and believe in their talents it makes all the difference.
11.- What important lessons have you learned from the world of fashion and beauty pageants
What I’ve learned the most is that you are really a role model for many girls. As a miss, it’s important to present yourself in a respectable and neat way, and this also applies to your clothing! You can get a lot of inspiration online by looking at how previous titleholders present themselves.
12.- Noëlle, being a model for you has been easy? Were there obstacles? How did you overcome obstacles?
My motto is: just do it! There were so many things I was insecure about, until I started thinking: this is what I WANT, this is MY dream. Why should I let insecurity and fear stand in my way? People will always have an opinion, but at least I’m doing what I truly love. I’d be lying if I said I’m no longer insecure, but in this competition, you really learn how to build confidence, and it feels amazing! I can’t wait to show my confidence and strength at the finals.
13.- Have you thought about being an actress? Do you like the entertainment industry?
Definitely, I’ve thought about becoming an actress. Especially when i was a little girl. I find the work really impressive, and it seems like so much fun. The entertainment world fascinates me a lot—the creativity behind it, and the way stories come to life, is truly inspiring. I think being in the spotlight of movie entertainment would be very special and challenging.
14.- Worldwide, woman have acquired a greater role even though there are societes where they are still abused. What is your opinion of the role of woman in the future in this societies?
I am strongly against the abuse of women, it makes me very sad. Women are often seen as inferior, and this view is completely wrong. I think programs that focus on fighting this abuse are amazing, and they deserve much more attention and support. It’s crucial that this is going to change. Stand up for women!
15.- Noëlle, what is your motivation and what do you feel grateful for every day?
My motivation is to make the most of life by doing what I love and making my dreams come true. You live for yourself, not for the opinions of others. I am grateful every day that I am physically and mentally able to live a healthy life, surrounded by so many kind people who love and support me.
16.- Noëlle, do you like to travel? What country’s do you know? What other countries would you like to know and which places do you recommend to visit from your country?
I absolutely love traveling, and every time it’s time to go, I can’t contain my excitement. I’m crazy about the sun, the pool, and good company. I’ve been to Spain and Turkey many times. These are two very different countries with two beautiful, completely different cultures.
If you’re in the Netherlands, you definitely have to visit the capital, Amsterdam. It’s a beautiful, large, and vibrant city that shows what the Netherlands is and what we stand for.
17.- You and me (Jaime William) are going to play pingpong, i will tell you one word and you will answer with another word that comes to your mind.

Follow your goals! You live for yourself.You have something special, embrace it. Just take the risk if it’s your dream.
