Perumira is honored to present Nikia Rockley, the radiant Australian beauty who has earned her place as a Miss Galaxy Australia National Finalist 2026 — a milestone that feels as surreal as it is well-deserved. With deep pride, she prepares to represent her region on one of the most empowering platforms in the country, carrying her community’s spirit with every step she takes.
Nikia’s journey began unexpectedly in 2016, when a simple StarNow search led her to enter Australia’s Teen Queen. The experience lit a spark that has never faded. Only months later, she became a state finalist for Australia Galaxy Pageants, solidifying her passion for pageantry and modelling. What keeps her connected to this world is not just the glamour, but the growth, the purpose, and the impact she hopes to make.
For Nikia, true beauty begins within — in kindness, resilience, and authenticity. These values guide her through a disciplined schedule where she balances training, work, and personal life with remarkable grace. Supported by loved ones, her animals, and moments of grounding, she continues to evolve as both a competitor and a woman.
Her biggest lessons? Growth blooms from discomfort. Confidence comes from perseverance. And showing up — even on the hard days — is what shapes a queen.
Inspired by hardworking women in pageants and in her everyday life, Nikia looks forward most to the magic of the Galaxy stage and the sisterhood behind it. For her, this journey is not just competition — it’s purpose.

1.- How does it feel to be selected as a Miss Galaxy Australia 2026 National Finalist?
Honestly, it feels surreal. Representing my region on such a respected stage is something I’ve worked toward for years, and knowing I get to carry my community with me makes it even more special. I’m proud, grateful, and really excited for the journey ahead.
2.- How did your pageant and modelling journey begin?
My journey actually started back in 2016. I was scrolling through StarNow looking for modelling jobs when an ad popped up for Australia’s Teen Queen. I entered, competed, and absolutely loved every moment. A few months later, I became a state finalist for Australia Galaxy Pageants — and I’ve been hooked ever since.

3.- What values define true beauty?
To me, true beauty is kindness, resilience, and authenticity. It’s how you treat people, how you carry yourself in tough moments, and the impact you leave behind. Looks fade — your heart and character don’t.
4.- How do you balance training, work, and personal life?
It definitely takes discipline, but I genuinely enjoy being busy. I plan everything carefully, I’m surrounded by supportive people, and I always make time for the things that ground me — my animals, my partner, and quiet moments to reset.
5.- Biggest lessons learned so far?
I’ve learned that growth comes from the uncomfortable moments, not the easy ones. I’ve learned to trust myself, to stand tall even when things don’t go to plan, and to keep showing up… even when it’s hard.

6.- What keeps you motivated?
The feeling of purpose. Pageantry isn’t just about the stage — it’s about the people you meet, the causes you support, and the chance to inspire others. That reminds me why I do this and keeps me pushing forward.
7.- Role models?
I’m inspired by strong, hardworking women — both in pageantry and in everyday life. I look up to past Galaxy queens who lead with heart, and I’m equally inspired by the women in my own life who show up, work hard, and never stop giving back.

8.- What part of the competition are you most looking forward to?
I’m really looking forward to the stage experience and the energy of the Galaxy sisterhood. There’s nothing like that moment when months of preparation come together and you get to celebrate who you are.
9.- How do you maintain a healthy mindset?
I remind myself to focus on growth, not comparison. I stay connected to the things that keep me grounded — my animals, volunteering, my partner, and movement. And I give myself grace when things get overwhelming.
10.- Advice for younger women following this path?
Believe in your own timeline. Don’t compare your journey to anyone else’s. Start where you are, stay true to who you are, and don’t be afraid to take up space. Confidence grows every time you choose to try.

11.- What message do you hope to share with Australia?
I want people to see that pageantry is about heart, community, and purpose. I hope to show others that with passion and resilience, you can make an impact — no matter your age or background.
12.- How do pageants empower women today?
Modern pageants give women a platform to advocate, lead, and express themselves. They’re about community impact, personal growth, and elevating voices that deserve to be heard. It’s more empowering now than ever.
13.- What cause are you most passionate about?
My platform is Heart Health. It’s something I deeply care about, and I use my role to raise awareness, share education, and encourage people to prioritise their wellbeing.

14.- How do you spend your free time?
I love being with my horse Spirit, my cat Kleo, and my dog Copper. Time with them instantly resets me. I also love volunteering, creating eco-fashion pieces, and getting outdoors.
15.- How do you envision your future?
I see myself continuing to grow in modelling and pageantry, but also using my voice to make a meaningful difference. I want to keep inspiring others, supporting my community, and becoming the strongest version of myself — on and off the stage.
