1.- Fréderique , tell me about the city where you were born and raised. ,What do you like about your hometown?
I was born and raised in Landgraaf, a small town in the southern part of Limburg, the Netherlands. While Landgraaf may be small, I live here with many people I love and grew up with. As I mentioned, Landgraaf is a small town, but it’s very beautiful, with all the nature and forests we have. Limburg is well known for the beauty of its nature.
2.- What are your hobbies? what makes you laugh a lot or gives you joy?
My hobbies include acting, as I am currently studying for my acting degree, which allows me to immerse myself in my passion.
I love spending time with my friends and family, as they are an important part of my life.
Additionally, I make time for fitness and work out four days a week at the gym.
I also enjoy to read! It allows me to escape into new worlds and experience adventures beyond my own!
Fashion is another area I am passionate about, and I love getting inspirated by the icons and expressing my creativity through my personal style.
3.- International Model – Miss Beauty of Limburg 2025 Finalist . When did you decide to take your first steps as a model ? What feeling do you have achieving your dreams, your passions and being a recognized influencer woman today?
Since I was a little girl I always was so obsessed with the victoria secret angles. My biggest insporation is Doutzen Kroes. A beautifull dutch angel who made it in the modelling career. I always knew I wanted to do something with modeling and peagents, and it makes my heart full that I am living my dream life. My participation with Miss Beauty of Limburg is amazing and I am so ready to get futher in my career.
4.- What do you think is the distinctive, unique stamp of Fréderique in each activity carried out as a model?
It’s my charm and elegance. I bring that natural confidence and a personal touch that makes me stand out, whether I’m walking the runway or posing for a photoshoot. It’s all about owning the moment.
5.- Whats is the main virtue that any woman must have to be a model?
Confident is key everywhere in life. Show that you can do it. Even if you secretly dont, fake it till you make it.
6.- Are you aware of being an influential woman for thousands of girls who want to be models? How important is it to you to be an idol for many girls and teenagers?
I feel honored to be an influential woman for so many girls who want to become models. It’s important to me to be an inspiration and motivate others to chase their dreams. I want to show that passion and hard work can take you anywhere, and I hope to inspire people to believe in their own strength.
7.- What was your feeling the first time you modeled in front of a video camera?
I loved it! I love posing and the feeling I get when I’m in front of a camera. It gives me confidence.
8.- What do you think about the power of social media today?
The power of social media is very import nowadays! It allows us to share a message with a global audience. It provides an opportunity to inspire others, raise awareness, and create connections. It’s a powerful tool to make an impact and promote positive change.
9.- How do you like to interact with your followers on social media? Whats your favorite social media?
I love interacting with my followers by sharing fun updates and reading all their comments! My fave social media? Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, obviously! Instagram and TikTok are all about having fun.
I post whatever catches my eye, like that gorgeous dress I just HAVE to share. If I love it, it’s going up. And Pinterest? Oh, I could scroll for hours! I’m obsessed with finding the prettiest pics and getting all the inspiration.
10.- What would you advise young people who have talent but do not dare to take the next step? What would you advise parents who do not support their children’s talents?
To all the talented souls out there, here’s the thing: take the leap! Don’t let fear hold you back from showing the world what you’ve got. Sometimes you just need to trust yourself and go for it!
The world is waiting for your shine.
And to the parents who aren’t quite on board? Every talent needs a little support to grow. Encourage them, believe in them, and let them chase their dreams. You never know – they might just surprise you with where their talent can take them!
11.- What important lessons have you learned from the world of fashion ?
One fashion lesson I’ve totally learned? Skip the trends, and go for timeless pieces. Classic never goes out of style, and trust me, it’s the best accessory you can wear. When you keep it classy, you’re always in fashion no matter the season. Timeless elegance is what makes you stand out, not what’s «hot» right now.
And if you’re ever in doubt? Just throw on a little black dress! It never fails
12.- Fréderique , being a model for you has been easy? Were there obstacles? How did you overcome obstacles?
Let’s be real, modeling isn’t always as glamorous as it seems.
There are definitely challenges, from fierce competition to self-doubt. But you know what? Nothing worth having comes easy. When the going gets tough, I remember why I’m here and keep pushing forward. If you want it, you go for it – no matter what.
13.- Have you thought about being an actress? Do you like the entertainment industry?
Yes, acting is truly my passion!
That’s why I’m currently pursuing a drama degree!
It’s the perfect way for me to express myself. I’m fully dedicated to developing myself in this field, learning as much as I can, and growing into the best actress I can be. The entertainment industry is so fascinating, and I’m excited to chase my dreams while constantly improving.
14.- Worldwide, women have acquired a greater role even though there are societies where they are still abused. What is your opinion of the role of women in the future in these societies?
In the future, the role of women in oppressive societies will grow stronger, especially through solidarity and support among women. «Girls support girls» plays a crucial role in this. By uplifting and empowering each other, women can create change and claim their rights, even in challenging circumstances. This collective strength will contribute to a more equal future for women worldwide.
15.- Fréderique , what is your motivation and what do you feel grateful for every day?
My motivation comes from God. He’s the foundation of my strength, guiding me every step of the way. I’m truly grateful for His presence in my life, which helps me stay focused and confident, no matter the challenges. Alongside that, I’m incredibly thankful for the unwavering support, love, and strength I receive from my family. With both God and my family by my side, I feel ready to take on anything and keep chasing my dreams.
16.- Fréderique , Do you like to travel? What countries do you know? What other countries would you like to know and which places do you recommend to visit from your country?
I love discovering new countries and cultures. It’s always an adventure to explore new places and learn about different ways of life.
One of my favorite spots is Deauville in France, a charming town with beautiful beaches and an elegant vibe.
As for my own country, I highly recommend Maastricht. It truly draws me in with its unique charm, rich history, and lively atmosphere. It’s a city that always feels full of life, with cozy spots, culture, and beautiful places to explore
