1.- Emma, tell me about the city where you were born and raised. ,What do you like about your hometown?
I was born and raised in Vlissingen, a charming coastal city in Zeeland. What I love most about my hometown is its beautiful seaside, the friendly atmosphere, and the unique combination of history and nature that makes it a special place to live.
2.- What are your hobbies? what makes you laugh a lot or gives you joy?
My hobbies include drawing, painting, and spending quality time with my friends and loved ones. These activities bring me joy and keep me grounded. Laughter and happiness often come from moments shared with the people I care about.
3.- International Model – Miss Beauty of Zeeland 2025 Finalist . When did you decide to take your first steps as a model ? What feeling do you have achieving your dreams, your passions and being a recognized influencer woman today?
I was invited to participate in the competition on December 1, and by December 3, I had signed up. It has been an exciting journey, and I feel proud to achieve my dreams and passions. Being recognized as an influential woman motivates me to inspire others and show that beauty is more than just appearance.
4.- What do you think is the distinctive, unique stamp of Emma in each activity carried out as a model?
I believe my openness and directness make me unique. I aim to bring authenticity and positivity to every activity I undertake, showing that being genuine is just as important as being confident.
5.- Whats is the main virtue that any woman must have to be a model?
A smile and self-confidence are the most important virtues for a model. Believing in yourself and embracing who you are is key
6.- Are you aware of being an influential woman for thousands of girls who want to be models? How important is it to you to be an idol for many girls and teenagers?
Yes, I am very aware of the influence I have, and I take this responsibility seriously. I want to show girls that beauty is not just about appearance but also about confidence and character. It’s important to me to inspire them to embrace their unique selves.
7.- What was your feeling the first time you modeled in front of a video camera?
It was incredibly nerve-wracking, but once it was over, I couldn’t wait to do it again. Being in front of the camera gave me a sense of fulfillment and excitement.
8.- What do you think about the power of social media today?
Social media is very powerful nowadays. It has both positive and negative sides, but it’s undeniable that it’s a strong tool for communication and influence.
9.- How do you like to interact with your followers on social media? Whats your favorite social media?
I enjoy being authentic and engaging with my followers by sharing meaningful content. Instagram is my favorite platform because it allows me to visually share my journey and connect with others.
10.- What would you advise young people who have talent but do not dare to take the next step? What would you advise parents who do not support their children’s talents?
To young people: Don’t let fear stop you. Just take that step! Even if it doesn’t work out, you’ll gain valuable experience, and the only thing you’ll regret is not trying.
To parents: Let your children pursue what they love. Encourage and support their passions, and share your own with them—it will strengthen your bond.
11.- What important lessons have you learned from the world of fashion ?
I’ve learned that self-confidence and self-assurance are key. Everyone is beautiful in their own way, and Miss Beauty is about embracing who you are and celebrating that.
12.- Emma, being a model for you has been easy? Were there obstacles? How did you overcome obstacles?
It hasn’t been easy, but it has been incredibly rewarding. Balancing modeling with working 32 hours a week has been challenging and sometimes exhausting, but the joy and happiness I get from working with the other contestants make it all worthwhile.
13.- Have you thought about being an actress? Do you like the entertainment industry?
I haven’t considered becoming an actress, but I’m open to opportunities and would consider it if the right offer came along.
14.- Worldwide, women have acquired a greater role even though there are societies where they are still abused. What is your opinion of the role of women in the future in these societies?
Women’s roles are evolving, and I believe education and empowerment will continue to help bring change. However, it is important to address these issues with concrete actions and awareness to ensure progress in societies where women are still oppressed
15.- Emma, what is your motivation and what do you feel grateful for every day?
My motivation is love—love for what I do, the people around me, and the opportunities life offers. I am grateful every day for the support I receive and the chance to pursue my passions.
16.- Emma, Do you like to travel? What countries do you know? What other countries would you like to know and which places do you recommend to visit from your country?
I love traveling! I would love to visit Albania, Curaçao, Greece, and many other places. In the Netherlands, I recommend visiting Vlissingen, Middelburg, Kamperland, and Veere—each has its own charm and beauty.
