1. – Elvira, tell me about the city where you were born and raised. ,What do you like about your hometown?
I live in Zeeland in a village called Arnemuiden , I was born and raised there and proud to be from Arnemuiden. What I like about my village is that it is lovely and quiet. everyone knows each other and feels familiar. Especially on New Year’s Eve you should visit🤭
2.- What are your hobbies? what makes you laugh a lot or gives you joy?
My hobbies are doing fun things with my partner /children we like to go out!
3.- International Model – Miss Universe Zeeland 2025 Finalist . When did you decide to take your first steps as a model and beauty pageants? What feeling do you have achieving your dreams, your passions and being a recognized influencer woman today?
I was scouted for the Miss Universe Zeeland , I found this quite exciting because I am quite insecure , also because I am a mother of 2 children and I no longer have the ‘perfect ’ picture as a model. I am really enjoying the activities and photo shoots so far.
4.- What do you think is the distinctive, unique stamp of Elvira in each activity carried out as a beauty queen and model?
Find me a difficult question,unique stamp I think is that I am a mum and don’t have the perfect body. That makes me unique.
5.- Whats is the main virtue that any woman must have to be an internacional model?
Every woman is unique, as long as you enjoy what you do, have really read up on good causes and stand behind them, you can go a long way!
6.- Are you aware of being an influential woman for thousands of girls who want to be models? How important is it to you to be an idol for many girls and teenagers?
I can be an example for other girls . I am very insecure of myself and by going through this process you learn a lot about yourself .
7.- What was your feeling the first time you modeled in front of a video camera? What did you feel the first time at a beauty pageant?
In the beginning, I found it very scary to be in front of the camera. A lot of doubts as in am I doing it right, am I in the right position etc, but you are helped so much and given a lot of instructions.
8.- What do you think about the power of social media today?
As a finalist, social media is a very important ! So you can win votes etc.
9.- How do you like to interact with your followers on social media? Whats your favorite social media?
My favourite social media app is instagram , that way you can easily keep everyone updated!
10.- What would you advise young people who have talent but do not dare to take the next step? What would you advise parents who do not support their children’s talents?
Dare to take the step! You are going through tremendous growth and for those parents who don’t suport it, talk to your parents about it! Take them is and show your parents what is happening.
11.- What important lessons have you learned from the world of fashion and beauty pageants?
My lesson what I have learnt is that everyone is beautiful and unique! No matter what you look like.
12.- Elvira, being a model for you has been easy? Were there obstacles?How did you overcome obstacles?
It certainly wasn’t easy ! I am a very insecure girl who often feels like the lesser. For example stretch marks from pregnancies or bad skin. I am in a very nice team who take away all my insecurities .
13.- Have you thought about being an actress? Do you like the entertainment industry?
Being an actress is not for me unfortunately .
14.- Worldwide, women have acquired a greater role even though there are societies where they are still abused. What is your opinion of the role of women in the future in these societies?
I think it is very important that women have the same rights as men I stand for equality and women’s rights.
15.- Elvira, what is your motivation and what do you feel grateful for every day?
I am thankful with this opportunity I have been given , for family , children partner I am thankful every day that they are there.
16.- Elvira, Do you like to travel? What countries do you know? What other countries would you like to know and which places do you recommend to visit from your country?
I love travelling very much! I recently went to Valencia. I would love to go to Mexico again!
17.- You and me (Jaime William) are going to play ping pong, I will tell you one word and you will answer with another word that comes to your mind.
Marriage – no, but definitely in the future
Children – I have 2 beautiful children.
Love – I have a very sweet partner
Travel – yes, I want to explore the world
Abortion – I am against abortion
Dancing – unfortunately I can’t
Singing – also not
America – would love to visit
Sports – I used to play korfball
Parents – sadly no good relationship with very sweet parents-in-law
Dreams– progress as a model
Passion – being a mother
Character – I find myself a very sweet caring person.
