1. Akshita, tell me about the city where you were born and raised. What do you like about your hometown?
I was born and raised in Karnal, Haryana, India. What I love most about my hometown is its blend of history and modern development. Karnal is peaceful yet growing, and it’s known for its greenery and clean surroundings. It keeps me grounded while inspiring me to aim higher.
2. What are your hobbies? What makes you laugh a lot or gives you joy?
My hobbies include dancing, traveling, exploring new cuisines, and Spending time with my friends and my kitten Coco brings me pure joy and endless laughter.
3. When did you decide to take your first steps as a model and beauty pageants? What feeling do you have achieving your dreams, your passions and being a recognized influencer woman today?
I decided to step into modeling and pageantry at 16. Achieving these dreams feels surreal. Being a recognized influencer today fills me with pride and gratitude, knowing that my journey inspires others.
4. What do you think is the distinctive, unique stamp of Akshita in each activity carried out as a beauty queen and model?
My authenticity and relatability. Whether on stage or on social media, I ensure my individuality, discipline, and grace shine through. People see the real me, not just a polished image.
5. What is the main virtue that any woman must have to be an international model?
Confidence with humility. Without confidence, the runway feels longer; without humility, the journey loses meaning.
6. Are you aware of being an influential woman for thousands of girls? How important is it to you to be an idol for many girls and teenagers?
Yes, and I take this responsibility seriously. It’s important because young girls deserve role models who lead with strength, empathy, and wisdom not just beauty.
7. What was your feeling the first time you modeled in front of a video camera? What did you feel the first time at a beauty pageant?
I was nervous yet excited in front of the video camera for the first time. My first beauty pageant made me feel alive and powerful, realizing I belonged to this world.
8. What do you think about the power of social media today?
Social media is an unmatched tool to connect, inspire, and create opportunities. But it’s powerful only when used responsibly.
9. How do you like to interact with your followers on social media? What’s your favorite social media?
I love engaging through Q&As, live sessions, and personal messages. Instagram is my favorite because it allows creative expression through stories, reels, and posts.
10. What would you advise young people with talent but who are afraid to take the next step? What would you advise parents who don’t support their children’s talents?
To the youth: Start small but start now. Confidence comes with action.
To parents: Support your children’s passions a supportive environment builds fearless individuals.
11. What important lessons have you learned from the world of fashion and beauty pageants?
Resilience, discipline, and the importance of self-belief. I’ve learned that inner beauty and intelligence shine brighter than any crown.
12. Has being a model been easy? Were there obstacles? How did you overcome them?
Not at all. My height was seen as a disadvantage, but I used my confidence and personality to break those barriers. Consistency and self-work helped me overcome every no.
13. Have you thought about being an actress? Do you like the entertainment industry?
Yes, I have thought about acting. I love the entertainment industry because it merges creativity and influence, two things I’m passionate about.
14. What is your opinion of the role of women in the future, in societies where they are still abused?
Women will continue to rise, even in oppressive societies. Education, empowerment, and collective support are key to transforming these environments. The future is female, with equality.
15. What is your motivation and what do you feel grateful for every day?
My family, my ambitions, and the people I inspire keep me motivated. Every day, I’m grateful for opportunities, my health, and the support of my loved ones.
16. Do you like to travel? What countries have you visited? What other countries would you like to visit, and which places do you recommend from your country?
I love traveling! I’ve visited UK, Egypt and the UAE I’d love to explore Europe, especially Italy and France. In India, I recommend visiting Kashmir, Kerala, and Rajasthan for their beauty and culture.
