It is an honor to present from the United States of America – Abby Fellows, international model, beauty queen, Ideal Miss West Coast 2023, who grants me an unmissable interview and we know her now!!!!
Welcome Abby Fellows!
1.- Abby, you were born in USA, What do you like about your hometown in USA?
I was born in the USA! I was born in Portland, Oregon. I love the nature and beautiful outdoors that Portland has to offer. I now live in Las Vegas, and definitely miss it.
2.- What are your hobbies? What makes you laugh a lot or does it give you a lot of joy?
My hobbies are going to concerts, trying new restaurants, going to rodeos, and hanging out with my friends. My friends make me laugh the most, but I find so much joy in exploring the world around me.
3.- International Model – Ideal Miss West Coast 2023 – When do you decide to take your first steps as a model and beauty pageants? What feeling do you have achieving your dreams, your passions and being a recognized influencer woman today?
I decided to take my first steps into modeling and pageantry at 15. I had wanted to try for a long time, but i was nervous about not being good enough. Now, I get to travel and do what I love. It was a hundred percent worth all of the work it took me to accomplish multiple pageant titles and paid modeling jobs. I feel fulfilled when I am able to accomplish something I have been wanting for a really long time.
4.- What do you think is the distinctive, unique stamp of Abby in each activity carried out as a person and model?
I would say my humor. In every shoot or pageant event, I am always making jokes and trying to make people laugh!
5.- Whats is the main virtue that any woman must have to be an international model?
Charisma. Being able to relate and talk to every single person they encounter.
6.- Are you aware of being an influential woman for thousands of girls who want to be models? How important is it to you to be an idol for many girls and teenagers?
I not only do pageants and model, but I am also a pageant coach. Kids and teens often look up to me and it is really important for me to be a good role model to them. Being able to teach the next generation of models and pageant girls is a big blessing and I am very lucky. I love working with them, they bring me joy.
7.- What was your feeling the first time you modeled in front of a video camera? What did you feel the first time at a beauty pageant?
I felt beautiful and empowered at my first beauty pageant. I felt powerful and special when I modeled for the first time. Both feelings told me how important it was that I continue to do these things for myself. I would not change these experiences for the world.
8.- What do you think about the power of social media today?
Social media is very powerful and holds a lot of influence. I think it is important that we know not everything on social media is real. Being truthful on social media is very hard sometimes, so it is important to tell yourself that many people are looking at what you post and what influence that has on people around you.
9.- How do you like to interact with your followers on social media? Whats your favorite social media?
My favorite social media is Instagram. I have a personal Instagram and a business Instagram where I connect to followers and am able to share everything I am doing.
10.- What would you advise young people who have talent but do not dare to take the next step? What would you advise parents who do not support their children’s talents?
I would tell them to go for it! You only have one life to live so you might as well try for every opportunity you can get. As for unsupportive parents, as long as your child is old enough to decide what they want to do, they need support and love to thrive in whatever avenue they pick. It is a way to show your child how much you love them and want them to succeed.
11.- What important lessons have you learned from the world of fashion and beauty pageants?
These industries are not easy and it will not always work out, but that is okay. Practice makes better, not perfect. When one door closes, another door opens.
12.- Abby, being a model for you has been easy? Were there obstacles? How did you overcome obstacles?
There have definitely been obstacles. I always stay true to myself and try not to get down when things don’t go my way. Thankfully once I found a good modeling agency, it became a lot easier to book jobs and feel confident.
13.- Have you thought about being an actress? Do you like the entertainment industry?
I would love to become an actress, I really do like the entertainment industry.
14.- Worldwide, women have acquired a greater role even though there are societies where they are still abused. What is your opinion of the role of women in the future in these societies?
It is hard being a woman in entertainment. You have to watch out for people with bad intentions. Thankfully these issues are slowly becoming more exposed and situations are hopefully getting safer. I am a big advocate of reporting bad behavior so that other women are not victims. Women deserve the same appreciation as men.
15.- Abby, what is your motivation and what do you feel grateful for every day?
My motivation is often my coaching clients who look up to me. I love seeing them want to be like me. I feel grateful for the opportunities I have worked so hard for.
16.- Abby, Do you like to travel? What countries do you know? What other countries would you like to know and which places do you recommend to visit from USA?
I love to travel! I have only been to a couple of different countries but I want to travel way more. I want to go to South America, the Nordic countries, and Japan most of all! In the USA, I recommend traveling to at least one place in each region, especially Texas, Las Vegas, and somewhere in the Pacific Northwest.
