It is an honor to present from Suriname : Safiënta Sherelva Doekoe, Model, Beauty Queen, Best Top Model Suriname – Top21 Best Teen Model of the Universe 2020, Princess Ambassador Global Talent Suriname. Safiënta gives me an important interview and we now meet our beautiful Ambassador.

1.- Sherelva, you were born in Suriname, what do you like about your hometown in Suriname?
My hometown is multicultural, we’re like a melting pot. I can get any diffrent type of food to eat and clothe to buy and that’s what I love about my hometown
2.- What are your hobbies? What makes you laugh a lot or does it give you a lot of joy?
My hobbies are dancing, modelling, singing & making jewels. Modelling, taking beautiful pictures that’s what gives me a lot of joy.
3.- Model, Beauty Queen, Best Top Model Suriname – Top21 Best Teen Model of the Universe 2020. When do you decide to take your first steps as a model and beauty pegeants? What feeling do you have achieving your dreams your passions and being a recognized influencer woman today?
Well when I was 15 I decided to take my first step as a model.
I have a feeling that I’m blessed everything comes to you at the right time and I’m thankful to god that he showed me the way to make my dreams come true
4.- What do you think is the distinctive, unique stamp of sherelva in each activity carried out as a person and beauty queen?
Her attitude, her beauty and qualities that makes her uniquee.
5.- What is the main virtue that any woman must have to be a beauty queen?
The main virtue that any woman must have to be a beauty queen is respect. If you don’t have respect you lack allot to be a beauty queen.
6.- Are you aware of being an influential woman for thousands of girls who want to be models? How important is it to you to be an idol for many girls and teenagers?
Yess I am aware of being an influential woman for thousands of girls who wants to be models. It is very important to me to be an idol for many girls . Its a thing I’ve always wanted to be for young girls.
7.- What was your feeling the first time you modeled in front of a video camera? What did you feel the first time at a beauty pegeant?
The first time I modeled in front of a camera I got the feeling that I could do this and this would change my life.
8.- What do you think about the power of social media today?
The power of social media today is great because you can use it to communticate with people & inspire people, you can also promote bussiness online but its also bad at the same time some people nowadays uses social media to destroy people lives for example cyberbullying making fun of people and that’s not good at all.
9.- How do you like to interact with your followers? What’s your favorite social media?
My favorite social media is Instagram. I love to post catwalk videos & beautiful pictures.
10.- What would you advise young people who have talent but do not dare to take the next step? What would you advise parents who do not support their children’s talent?
I advise them to take that chance and show the world what they got inside. Life is all about taking chances if you don’t try you’ll never know .
To those parents that do not support their children’s talent I advise them to stop doing that and start supporting them the world needs what they got
11.- What important lesson have you learned from the world beauty and fashion?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is to never be afraid to do it yourself don’t wait for anyone do it for you!!
12.- Sherelva, being an model for you has been easy? Where there obstacles? How did you overcome obstacles?
Being a model has been easy for me because I have family and friends that supports me I might not be where I want to be now but I know I’ll reach the destination one day.
13.- Have you thought about being an actress ? Do you like the entertainment industry?
Yess I love entertainment. I thought about becoming an actress since I was a kid.
14.- Worldwide woman have acquired a greater role even though there are societies where they are still abused. What is your opinion of the role of women in the future in these societies?
Well my opinion is that I don’t like women being abused so that they can get a position in these societies. They should bring an end to this. We women deserve more than that ,we are also humans.
15.- What is your motivation and what do you feel grateful for everyday?
My motivation is coming up with creative ideas to improve something and mentoring others.
I am grateful for my family & friends i’m grateful that I’m healthy and for everything that I have in my life.
16.- Sherelva, do you like to travel? What countries do you know? What other countries would you like to know and which places do you recommend to visit from Suriname?
Yess I love travelling, well I lived in French Guiana for a few years so that’s a country I know. I would love to visit Nigeria, Kenya, USA, France one day.
Places I would recommend to visit from Suriname is the village.
