Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer and ownership
Miss TAM – Generación Universal by Perumira (formerly Miss Global Talent) is a virtual pageant organized and owned by Perumira and its founder, Jaime William Mostacero Baca (“the Organizer”). It is not affiliated with any other pageant that uses similar words.
2. Eligibility and categories
The pageant is open to women of any nationality and residence. There are three categories, by age on the video submission deadline: Teen (13–17), Miss (18–29) and Elegance (30+). Single, married and divorced women and mothers may join the Miss and Elegance categories. There are no minimum height or measurement requirements. Each person may enter one category per edition.
3. Registration and fees
Entry fees are in euros: Teen €85, Miss €95, Elegance €99. There are no hidden or extra production fees. Fees are non-refundable once the registration is approved. If a registration is rejected for not meeting the eligibility rules, the fee is refunded minus payment-platform costs.
4. Minimum participation
If a category has fewer than 5 candidates when registration closes, the Organizer may merge it with an adjacent category, move it to the next edition or refund the fee.
5. Videos and stages
The pageant has six video stages: Presentation, National Costume, Talent, Evening Gown, Cultural and Jury Q&A. Videos must be recorded for this edition, be original, show only the candidate (and, in the cultural video, public places), and meet the length and content guidelines. Not allowed: AI-generated or altered images or voices, filters that change face or body, reused videos from other pageants and any adult, violent or discriminatory content.
6. Language
Each candidate may speak her native language. The pageant is preferably run in English, so candidates who speak another language should add English subtitles or a short English summary.
7. Music and copyright
Each candidate is responsible for the music and images in her videos and must use her own, royalty-free or licensed material. The Organizer may mute or replace audio if a copyright claim arises.
8. Judging and scoring
Each category is judged by 5 judges. Scores total 100 points: Presentation 10, National Costume 15, Talent 25, Evening Gown 15, Cultural 15, Jury Q&A 20. The highest and lowest score of each stage are dropped and the other three are averaged. The jury’s decisions are final. Judges may not score candidates they coach or have a personal relationship with.
9. Video and image rights
The candidate keeps ownership of her videos. By registering, she grants Perumira a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to keep all submitted videos as part of the pageant for life and to share them on Perumira’s social media and official website. This does not limit the rights the candidate has under the data-protection law that applies to her, including the right to ask for the removal of her personal data. Requests are reviewed within 30 days, and content already published as part of the official results may remain where the law allows.
10. Minors
Candidates under 18 need the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must provide a valid email and phone. Contact between the Organizer and a minor goes through the guardian and official channels only. Videos of minors are published only on official Perumira channels.
11. Titles and prizes
Each category crowns a World Winner. A Country Winner is named for each country with at least 2 candidates in the category. Prizes: crown, sash, a printed copy of Perumira Magazine and the Perumira Global Passport (Pro for World Winners, Smart for Country Winners). Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. The Organizer pays the shipping; any import duties or taxes are paid by the winner. A winner must send her shipping address within 14 days or the prize may be forfeited.
12. Reign and conduct
The reign lasts 12 months. Winners must keep impeccable conduct: no unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit or violent behaviour, and nothing that seriously harms the image of the pageant. If this happens, the Organizer will notify her in writing, hear her reply and may withdraw the crown.
13. Exclusivity
During her reign, a winner may not take part in any other pageant, unless the Organizer authorizes it in writing.
14. Early resignation
If a winner resigns before the end of her reign, the title is withdrawn and she must pay a financial penalty of €150 (Country Winner) or €300 (World Winner), which covers the prizes and the cost of naming a replacement. For minors, the guardian is responsible for the payment.
15. Disqualification
The Organizer may disqualify a candidate for false information, identity fraud, copied or altered videos, vote manipulation or breaking these terms. No refund is due in that case.
16. Personal data
Perumira processes the data in the forms to run the pageant, contact candidates, publish results and send prizes. Data may be stored on servers outside the candidate’s country. Candidates may request access, correction or deletion at perumiramagazine@gmail.com
17. Changes and force majeure
The Organizer may adjust dates, jury members or formats for reasons beyond its control (technical, health, legal or force majeure) and will announce the changes on the official website.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. The parties will first try to solve any dispute in good faith.
19. Acceptance
Sending the registration form means the candidate (and, for minors, her guardian) has read and accepts these terms.
