1. – Milou, tell me about the city where you were born and raised. ,What do you like about your hometown?
I was born and raised in Amsterdam South-East, in the Bijlmer. The thing that I love about the Bijlmer is how multicultural our town is. As I grew up and went to school here, I made a lot of friends with different backgrounds and learned a lot about all the many cultures.
2.- What are your hobbies? what makes you laugh a lot or gives you joy?
As a hobby I like to sketch in my sketchbook. I usually sketch clothes because I am studying fashion designer and I also want to become a fashion designer later. Going out with my best friends, spending quality time with my family and exercising at the gym brings me joy.
3.- Miss Teen of Noord-Holland 2025 Finalist . When did you decide to take your first steps as a model and beauty pageants? What feeling do you have achieving your dreams, your passions and being a recognized influencer woman today?
This is actually my first time participating in a beauty pageant and stepping in to the model world. I always loved being in hair and make up to go on stage when I used to do ballet shows, but eventually that stopped so I’m happy that I can have the adrenaline of going on stage again. I wouldn’t say I’m being recognized as influencer yet, because my platform is still growing. Hopefully I can answer this question in the future. I do have many supporters at the moment and I’m very thankful for them.
4.- What do you think is the distinctive, unique stamp of Milou in each activity carried out as a beauty queen and model?
I would say that I am always very passionate about doing new activities. I can always get the best out of things and inspire others with it. I would say that I am always supportive of the other girls who participate, even though they are my opponents in the competition, I see them as a new group of friends where you can learn from each other.
5.- Whats is the main virtue that any woman must have to be an internacional model?
Confidence! If you are not confident about how you look, what you do and how you present yourself its gonna be really hard to developed yourself trough out this journey.
6.- Are you aware of being an influential woman for thousands of girls who want to be models? How important is it to you to be an idol for many girls and teenagers?
I’m conscious that I’m a influence for many teenage girls and this means a lot for me. I hope to inspire these girls to pursuit there dreams now and let them know that you do not have to wait when your older.
7.- What was your feeling the first time you modeled in front of a video camera? What did you feel the first time at a beauty pageant?
I have been making content videos om musically since I was like 10 years old, so would say I’m very natural in front of a video camera. This is my first time participating in a beaty pageant so its a new experience for me. But I’m sure I will enjoy every second of it.
8.- What do you think about the power of social media today?
I think social media has a lot of impact on everything. It has a lot of advantages especially in the international pageant world. Without social media I would have never found out about the pageant world in the Netherlands and wouldnt be where I’m at today.
9.- How do you like to interact with your followers on social media? Whats your favorite social media?
I usually react to my followers their comments, but more on TikTok then on Instagram.
Because my platform on TikTok has more followers then my platform on Instagram. But I am trying to improve and grow my platform on Instagram so go check that out! @milouisabella on Instagram
10.- What would you advise young people who have talent but do not dare to take the next step? What would you advise parents who do not support their children’s talents?
You do not have to be scared to embrace your talent. Take the next step and see where it will guide you. Your talent is what makes you unique and if your never going to show the world what you can do, you will never know what kind of experience the world will bring you. If you are a parent who doesn’t support your children’s talents, I would advice to first try to look at your children’s perspective and after that talk to your child. Children want to be understand by there parents.
11.- What important lessons have you learned from the world of fashion and beauty pageants?
Even though I just started my journey in the pageant world, I have already learned a few things. That is that you must put effort into how you will present yourself, like your looks, your videos, your posts and your messages to the world. I have learned from the world of fashion that it is not just about clothing but its art. You can design the most unique outfits for all sorts of background stories. And that your fashion aesthetic says a lot about you as a person.
12.- Milou, being a model for you has been easy? Were there obstacles?How did you overcome obstacles?
I think the biggest obstacle that I have had to overcome is not being sure what I was doing.
Since I am new to all of this, I needed to have that reminder that it is okay if I make mistakes and that after I make a mistake I will learn and upgrade myself.
13.- Have you thought about being an actress? Do you like the entertainment industry?
Yes I love the entertainment industry but not in the acting direction.
14.- Worldwide, women have acquired a greater role even though there are societies where they are still abused. What is your opinion of the role of women in the future in these societies?
I think thatb this still needs to change. My advocacy is woman empowerment, I think that every woman sould be allowed to choose their own future.
15.- Milou, what is your motivation and what do you feel grateful for every day?
My motivation comes from my faith in God, who reminds me that I am fearfully and wonderfully made. He gives me the confidence to face challenges and trust in His plan for my life. Every day, for I am grateful His love, guidance, and the strength He provides to grow and persevere.
16.- Milou, Do you like to travel? What countries do you know? What other countries would you like to know and which places do you recommend to visit from your country?
Yes, I love to travel. My parents have been traveling me since I was 2 months old. I have been to many places like Thailand, Spain, Hawaii, Bonaire, Malasyia and a lot more. I would love to go to Amerika and China.
Amsterdam’s Artis Zoo has a beautiful butterfly garden that’s definitely worth a visit! It’s a tropical haven filled with colorful butterflies fluttering freely among lush plants and flowers.
